exchange background htm template

When I send an email from exchnage it put the html background in that I specified in the options.

When exchnage is called from filemaker pro.

It envokes the exchnage but no back ground template is envoked.

Anyone know any fixes or how to call properly on script or 3rd party add ons which will solve this
