I do my invoicing in FM in OS X. Is there anyway to send the invoice via email instead of pringting it out and sending by mail or fax? I've tried taking a screen shot and sending this, but some can't get it open.

There are really two options:

1) Create a text based invoice (no particular font required, no graphics, etc. ) and email it. I prefer email plug-ins to using and link to Outlook.

2) Use a .pdf print driver (PrintToPDF is shareware, I don't know if it is OS X compatible) to create a .pdf file and create an email attaching the .pdf file. Anyone with Acrobat Reader (a free download) can open and print the invoice in full graphical form.

I don't think PrintToPDF is OSX compatible according to the last release notes. Apparently OSX already has PDF creation functionality built-in, so PrintToPDF is not necessary with OSX.
