S~M in runtime cant see Java

I did a demo runtime which works well in the office. Gave it to someone to test on Windows 7, they have the latest Java installed but get a 360works message saying that Scriptmaster requires at least Java 1.5 to run.

Any ideas why this might happen ,or has anyone else seen this? I cant get to see the machine for a couple of days.

The only thing I can suggest now is to try to reinstall Java. Remove any older versions of it that may still be present, as well.
