I am getting ready to print some statments. When I look at the statments in Preview mode - they are fine. But - when I print or actually print preview them - they just have one line of information and not the grouped information.

I am using sub-summary parts on the layout and I have included summaries when I sort - but I don't think that is the issue.

I have the information sorting on Client ID (which is the sorted category in the sub-summary parts) and Invoice ID.

What one small step am I missing to get them to print with all the information on them and not just the one item?

Well - that was easy - I forget to set it to Records being Browsed in the print dialog box - instead of Current Record!!!!
