Don't print empty fields or associated fields

Hi,

I have a layout for printing with approximately 600 fields on it (the layout size is maxed out). Each field has a title and a note field. I would like it so that if the field is not filled out it, it's title and note will not print and the layout will shift up accordingly to save space and paper. Is such conditional sliding of objects possible?

I've been told about sliding/printing but I don't think it will remove the field labels as well as the actual empty field.

I've thought about making the entire thing one big merge field, but I'm not sure how that applies to field labels.

Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

Create "field label" calc fields which return the name of the field label if the field has info in it. Put the "field label" fields directly over the field labels, so that you can't see a difference.

Then make the actual field labels non-printing, while the "field label" fields slide up along with the regular fields.
