If you like me, found that you could no longer use ctrl ↑ or ctrl ↓ to change between records because of Mission Control, then I've a simple solution.

Go to Apple Menu / System preferences / Keyboard / Keyboard Shortcuts Tab

Then under Mission Control, double click on Mission Control keyboard shortcut and enter a new shortcut such as Ctrl alt ↑

Repeat for Application Windows.

Close System Prefs and you're done.
