Beginner here!

I have a simple time entry app that has suddenly gotten really complicated for me and I'm looking for some help.

In my Lines table I have the following (Employee, Time worked, Date, Bill rate)

I need to calculate overtime (1.5) based on hours worked over a week instead of daily.

Can this be a running total based on 3 fields? Just wondering what the calculation might look like... just looking for some hints here.
