We all know that's not allowed to use the Self function in a script parameter calculation, but ...

P.S.: It works for sure on Win but I do not know if it will work on a Mac.

I don't know what you did, but it stops "working" if you re-save the script (without making any changes).

I think that it is the known difference between win and mac with the tooltip.

...but it's a shame that the mac is so slow to show the tool tip.

No, absolutely !!

Where is such a command ? ( I think that it isn't in win, never seen it ! )

In Layout mode, View > Show > Tooltips.

Oh, found it... it is disabled by default.
