Hey Paul,

A couple of different possibilities:

1. They have not upgraded both their SuperContainer server and the SuperContainer Companion plug-in.

2. They have out-dated/corrupt plug-ins running within FileMaker. These plug-ins can be either 360Works plugins or from any other third party vendor. Ensure that all plug-ins are updated to their latest versions.

- A good way to check for corrupt plug-ins is to disable and remove them all from your FileMaker Extensions folder and then add those files back to the Extensions folder one-by-one, checking FileMaker each time to see if the crashes persists.

3. The crashes could be related to a known bug with Windows machines, FileMaker, and how it handles Java applets when closing windows containing Web Viewers, which is discussed in our product support wiki page at:

http://wo.360works.com/cgi-bin/support/productsupport.cgi/SuperContainer#SuperContainer22

I hope this helps. If you have any additional questions or need clarification on this, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.

Regards,
