2 Different PC's, same layout, same resolution... one is off slightly though!

Hi there... Slightly irritating problem... i have done a lovely layout... it fits perfectly on my screen when filemaker is maximised (screen res is 1280 x 1024)

Now I go and check the layout on another PC, same res, and the layout is rendered a few pixels wider and taller!! This is causing the scroll bars to be enabled and it just looks "off"

Why is there this difference? Whats causing it? Aare there any settings in windows I should be checking?

It might be worth noteing, one PC is amd the other is nvidia

What OS are these computers running? My guess is either different OS version or the OS theme is different on each PC.
