Avoid dialog box "Save change to this record" will popup when we click any blank area.

I have uncheck the option "Save record changes automatically " So that "Save change to this record" dialog box appear in browse mode, when i done some changes and click on empty area. But i dont want this dialog box at browse mode, because im have written some script in save button for save the record.

How to avoid this dialog box.. Could anyone please suggest me to stop or avoid this dialog box appear in browse mode
