bill1650 Posted February 27, 2012 Posted February 27, 2012 I am working in Filemaker 11 Pro Advanced on Mac OS X. I have my invoicing setup so that what is to be invoiced is first selected by product type from a drop down and then the individual product from a second drop down list called product. My problem is that my database has grown to where I have quite few products in my product list that I order but do not sell because they are used to make the products I sell. I want to be able to flag my products on the product page as either sellable items or not and have just the ones that are flagged show up in the invoice product drop down value list. Hope this makes sense. I have attached a sample file I just made of what I am talking about. In the sample file I have a check box named flag to invoice on the product page. My goal is if it is checked then that product will show up in the product drop down on the invoice page. If it is not checked then that product does not show up in the drop down list. Thanks in advance. Bill
Lee Smith Posted February 27, 2012 Posted February 27, 2012 No File? If you tried to attach a file, it didn't make it. The process is rather easy, if you follow these steps. Step 1 Find the file on your hard drive, and zip it. Step 2 Do not use the Quick Reply, BUT instead, choose the More Reply Option Step 3 Click on Attached Files and this will take you to your hard drive to locate your file that you want to attach and that you previously zipped. Select the file, and then click Attach This File, and then click Add Reply. If you should have a problem write me a private message. Lee
bill1650 Posted February 27, 2012 Author Posted February 27, 2012 Sorry. I forgot to zip the file first. invoice_sample.fp7.zip 1
