I have a database (FMP 5.0) I want to store multipage tif images in. These images are scanned documents. I am able to drag and drop the image to a container field, however it only shows the first page. Containers cannot have scollbars, so I can't scroll to the next pages for viewing let alone printing the scanned documents. I welcome any idea's you may have.

Thanks in advance.

FM will display an image up to the full size of the container field on your layout. If you image will take-up your full screen several times over, increase the size of the layout and the size of the field in the layout accordingly. You will then be able to scroll the image.

Be careful with the graphics format for the field (found on the pop-up menu if you right click on the field [control click for mac users]). You will want to set the format to crop or reduce and align the image in the upper-left of the field.

Thanks for the reply.

I did enlarged the container field to be able to display several pages at once, However it will only display the first page of a multi page tif. Even that one page is rather akward on the mac and the pc. The widows version does seem to have more functionality for the images(fit to width , height, best fit...)but still only displays one page.

Anyone got any other Ideas :??
