FMP Go Container auto-enter/FMP Server Adv. old version

Featured Replies

Afternoon everyone.

This may be straight forward, but I need to narrow this down.

I have a container field that is auto-enter with a case statement depending on another field value.

So... Container Field has a case statement that if Field A is Value X then gets Green Flag, if Value B, then Yellow Flag, and if Value Z then Red flag.

When I test on my mac, this works fine when switching fro value to value, but when done on the iPad.. it wont switch the flag.

Environment:

Developer - Mac OS 10.6.x FMP Adv

Server - FMP Server Adv v. 8

File - hosted on FMP Server.

iOS 5 on iPad

So the question is, would this be related to the FMP server version, since it doesnt "officially" support FMP Go? Or is there something else that would fix this?

Thanks Guys,

Blake

One quick note to add to this.

I attempted to share from my local file and the same thing happened.

When I put the file directly on the iPad and ran it locally on the FMPGo... it works like it is supposed to.

Any ideas? I have multiple people that will be accessing and using this file, so local host on the iPad is not a solution. Thanks all.
