adyf Posted April 12, 2012 Share Posted April 12, 2012 On the attached sub summary report I have assessment questions sorted by Locations so that the Location appears only once with related questions underneath. I have a field on the far left called Question No and I would like this to increase by one with each sub summary Location. I've tried quite a few things such as creating a sub summary field etc but I can't get it to count like I want it to. I must note that the report is sorted at first by two fields from different tables (and then sorted by Locations) so that the Locations and related Questions appear on the report in the right order.
