Newbies kingme99 Posted April 19, 2012 Newbies Posted April 19, 2012 Starting yesterday, FTPeek Server Plugin was no longer able to be activated. The message I get from Filemaker is Plug-in failed to load: 360Works_FTPeek.fmx - We have been using FTPeek fine for months. No changes to the Filemaker Server have been made. However, JAVA was updated a few days ago on the machine. ]I have restarted the machine, reinstalled the latest JAVA (Update 31), reinstalled/upgraded to the newest FTPeek plugin, still with no luck.
wbasham Posted April 19, 2012 Posted April 19, 2012 Which version of FM Server are you running? Do you still have a 32-bit version of Java installed on this machine?
Newbies kingme99 Posted April 20, 2012 Author Newbies Posted April 20, 2012 ISSUE RESOLVED: I uninstalled ALL Java (we had three previous version still active) - and then re-installed the newest Java manually (32bit version as requested) and now am able to enable the plugin. Thanks. We are using FileMaker Server 11.0v3 Advanced and Java 32bit. Thanks!
wbasham Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 Great. You should be able to run a 64bit version of Java as well if you need it.
