I have two questions.

First, when you create a field and drag that field to be larger than one line, you can see dotted lines until you save the layout. I would like those lines to stay visible so that when I print they are there on the printed copy.

Second, when printing, for some reason my footer prints on the first page and then the second page prints and has no footer.

The second issue has something to do with the footer. I don't know how to get it to print on the bottom of the last page.

1. Look in the Inspector Appearance tab for text baselines.

2. Sounds like you might have selected Title Footer (first page only), when you really want just Footer (prints on all pages).
