Script trigger will not navigate to field

When I set a script trigger to OnObjectExit to navigate to a field it just goes to the next field instead of the desired field. Here is what I have:

If [CLOCKS::status = "Complete"]

Go to Field [CLOCKS::clock_out]

End If

This script works if I run the script from the menu. It just doesn't work with the script trigger. I have a similar script that goes to a layout and it works fine. Does anyone have a solution?

Try:

If [CLOCKS::status = "Complete"]

Go to Field [CLOCKS::clock_out]

Exit Script [ Result: 0 ]

End If
