I have noticed on some of the new solution that some of the header fields/object move based on the screen sizing and not locked into a fixed location. But ever time I put in a field it is locked to a specific location. How do I get that field to move left or right based on the widith of the window?

Look into the some of the anchoring in the autosize options under the Inspector.
