Strange Error Message - Comes & Goes

I'm not sure where to post this.

A zip of the file is attached.

Running the script

"Show Prime Record"

sometimes produces the error message

"This record cannot be modified in this window because it is already being modified in a different window."

The script is triggered by the button after the "Prime Record" fields at the bottom of the initial window after opening the file.

This seems to occur almost always on opening up the file, but sometimes after that as well.

Anybody got any ideas what is going on here?

Without downloading the file, I can tell you that before your script pops up a new window, you should do a Commit Record. This will stop the errors.
