Sort report by count field

I have a report which counts the suburb/post code our clients are from. I want to sort the report so the most popular suburbs appear at the top of the report. For some reason the count field is greyed out in the sort box and i can't find any info to explain why.

Any suggestions gratefully received!

i must be missing something - as i just cant seem to select the summary count field as a sort field...
