Can't upload FM12 files

Brand new to the forum and FM, so please don't flame me if I'm missing something simple here.

I am trying to upload something from FM12 to the forum for some advice, and the control prohibits *.fmp12 files from being uploaded. Not sure if this just needs to be updated on the server side or whether I'm doing something wrong.

Yes, we request that all versions of FileMaker Files be zipped or compressed this ensures that the files don't get corrupt in transit and also saves on storage and bandwidth.
