A friend has FM Advanced 12 and would like to sell a little solution that he has created online. Is he allowed to sell 1000's of copies (if he can get that many sales?)

Is he allowed to delete the foriegn language files to reduce the size of the solution?

Is he allowed to change the FM icon on the .exe runtime file to reflect the icon of the software he is selling?

Yes to the selling of 1,000s of copies. Runtimes are royalty free.

Nots sure about the deletion of language files.

Best bet is for your friend to read the FMP Advanced developer documentation which has licensing restrictions and requirements. The solutions must, for instance, have an "About this Solution" layout.
