Helle everyone,

I'm getting this message: "SuperContainer server returned an error code of 500"! What means and how to fix it? I'm working with FMP11 Adv. on Windows.

Thanks.

This error code usually creeps in when you are trying to access a file that does not exist in SuperContainer (i.e., the file has been moved/deleted => does not exist). Make sure you are "RELOADING" your web viewer after SuperContainer function calls to ensure there is data on the server.

You could also encounter this error if your system settings have a Date Format other than the U.S locale... in our latest release of SuperContainer there was a bug that surfaced when international users tried to upload/get information on a file using the SC Companion functions.

Hope this helps,
