I have two tab controls on a FM12 themed layout.

On one, the unfocused tab highlights when I mouse-over.

On the other, the tabs do not highlight when I mouse-over.

What controls the highlight on mouse-over?

I do not have any triggers set on either.

Check the Appearance tab in the Inspector. You can set separate behaviors for individual tabs of a tab control.

What you call “mouse-over” is named “Hover” in the State pop-up menu.

I get it.... I have to change to the state and then modify the behavior.

...however, I still cant change the tab highlight on hover.
