Help!

Hello,

I'm trying to create a database for document management. As part of it I want to create a portal showing revisions (a revision code; date of; and a description), but whenever I try to create a portal (or copy and paste one from a template) it is blank, even after I define the fields. I think this will be a problem with the relationships I've established but I'm not sure how to fix it - could anyone help me?

from your rather vague description, it is impossible to give any advice. Why don't you post a zipped copy of your database?

Try making the relationship field in the table (not the one with the portal in it) a global variable.

I mean global field, not variable.
