I don't understand your questions, especially this part:

If you are using FIleMaker Server and have Access logging enabled, you can see a history of who logs on and off the system.

Hi,,

I suggest that you use a Sessions table which adds a record to the table each time a User logs in. You can then display this log (or just the latest line from the log) on your layouts just as you would any other table. :^)
