Rather reinvent .. just wondering. is there any plugin i can look at?

Say from a client picklist..

I want to pull up a calendar ...like our Calendar function does

Be able to click on multiple days for this client... highlighting each day

Also to view a month having client ON CALL for emergencies on such and such days at a glance
