Good Day:

My client has FM Server 5. They only have 17 database files only 1 of which is large. However, there were 4 people in the office accessing the database. They have a new employee, however, if she tries to access the database, they receive the "too many users " error. How can I check to see how many users they are allowed? If they are allowed 5, what might be the problem?

Check the administration console for FM5 server. Maybe someone set user number low.
