Newbies grover970 Posted August 3, 2012 Newbies Posted August 3, 2012 Forgive me if there is another post referencing this. I tried searching for it but didn't find anything. I have a form that contains a few pop-up menus. Ideally the user tabs into the field, in this case a "state" field presses 'i' and "ID" is populated. If the user presses 'i' again the field value would change to "IL" for Illinois. A drop down menu sort of does this but from a user experience, they are really cluegy. I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks, FM Newbie

Newbies grover970 Posted August 4, 2012 Author Newbies Posted August 4, 2012 I found this post but it is 5 years old. Is this still the case or could I use a script trigger to open if the field is tabbed to? "Pop-up menus, however, cannot be tabbed to on the Macintosh platform, and therefore, menu choices can only be made by using the mouse. On the windows platform, you can tab to a pop-up menu field and you may make menu selections using the arrow keys or the mouse."
