Struggling with calculating total spent by customer...

I have a table of Customers, and a table of Jobs. Some customers have 1 job, and others have 100+. I have a field called Customer Worth, and I'd like to show on each customer record the total they have spent in the past. I don't need it to be year to date or anything, just a running total. If I use the Sum function, I think it only shows current jobs...
