kfutter Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 We have a runtime solution provided to us by a third-party, which sits on our FMSA server along with our own FM databases. In preparing for a migration to FM12, I've noticed that it happily converts the runtime file to fmp12 format, renaming the file extension and all. My question is, does this conversion affect the integrity of the runtime file at all? Will simply reverting the extension back to the custom original be enough to host the file successfully on FMSA12? Or, should the files be converted at the source and a new runtime generated? Thanks in advance for any help with this question. Kev
