Values left out if I include a Sort Script in my Script. Not sure why it is doing that

I've decided to start a new thread as I think this is now a different problem from my last post.

I've located my problem; but I'm not sure how to fix it.

I have a script that will take the values from a certain field from my RunSheetLines table and then it will Set Field in another layout.

When I disable or clear the sort function from my script, the variable will take all of the values from all of my desired RunSheetLines.

But when I introduce a sort (I need to sort according to Date and then Time), some of the values from all of the RunSheetLines fail to be carried over.

I can't seem to figure out why it is doing this, nor how to fix it.

I would appreciate any help with this very frustrating problem...

**Edited Addition: I've narrowed it down to the RunSheetLineDate field. For some reason when the Date of the RunSheetLine is earlier than the EventDate it fails to be carried over.

I can't think of why this would prevent it from being carried over. I've tried taking off auto enter for this Date field, but it is still not solving the problem.
