Plug ins not appearing in the plug ins tab!? Help.

Hi there.... what I thought should be a fairly simple thing is apparently not... am I missing something...

The plug in is web assistant by 360 works.. confirmed to work on fm server 12

Plug in is in the extensions folder

Server has been restarted...

Tick boxes in the server plug ins tab have been ticked and un ticked and ticked again!

The plug in doesnt show up in the list "Choose the plug in for FMSE to use"

Am i missing something here?
