Newbies Womble Posted September 2, 2000 Newbies Posted September 2, 2000 I recieve an error when starting FileMaker Pro 4.0 which says unable to load IPX/SPX. When I try and open HOSTS I receive an error code 10091 but I can't find any refernce to that issue. Would greatly appreciate any help, Barry

If you are using FM PRO as a standalone. It is in the edit drop down menu and will not load up. If you decide to network later you can change it. ------------------
LiveOak Posted October 21, 2000 Posted October 21, 2000 The error message is telling you that the system resources needed to support the flavor of networking you have selected are not available. If you want to network, go back and select either AppleTalk or TCP/IP. If you select TCP/IP, the machines being networked must have IP addresses assigned in the TCP/IP control panel. -bd
