Kevin Vile Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 I can't seem to get a plugin that we have created using ScriptMaster 4.134 to work on server 12v2 (Windows) in the custom web publishing environment. I have put the plugin in the FileMaker Server/Web Publishing/publishing-engine/wpc/Plugins folder (i've also tried the publishing-engine/cwpc/Plugins folder as well) and restarted web publishing (actually, I've also tried restarting the whole FMS ). I perform a call via a valid URL using a xml grammar and perform a script. The script runs (I log internally what's happening during the script), but the plugin doesn't seem to be recognized. I log the results of the version function and i get a ? as the result of that function call. I've also tried just running the plugin registration and the results of that are ? as well. It seems to indicate that the server isn't recognizing the plugin or the plugin isn't working right. The plugin works just fine on the client. Anything you can tell me that I've done wrong? Maybe something simple I've just overlooked. Any experience with problems on the custom web publishing side of things for server 12v2 and ScriptMaster generated plugins? I've read some things about 12v2 moving to 64bit plugins on the cwp side of things, maybe this is the problem? Any help is appreciated. Thanks! wbasham Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 Hello Kevin, It is correct that currently our plugins will not work with 64-bit CWP. This is on our list and will be addressed but I do not currently have a time frame for implementation.
Kevin Vile Posted October 8, 2012 Author Posted October 8, 2012 Thanks for getting back with me on this. We will anxiously await this being addressed in the plugin! :)
