I will be very grateful if you can help : I have an accounts file I share via Dropbox with several colleagues,and I need to implement

a script that will enable them to export all the files contained to a folder on their desktop,on a quarterly basis.So,it should work like :

Make a Folder named " Exported Files" on the User's desktop (via AppleScript,I guess)

Loop

Go to next record,export field contents from the Field X to the above folder

Exit after last

and then

Export Found Records to Excel to the same folder as above

I know it must be relatively easy to compile such a script but as a newbie,I'm really stuck...
