Need a calc to have different-colored first letter of a company name

Howdy, howdy...

I'm close but just can't figure out the rest of this calc so it takes a company name, makes its first letter red, and the rest of the text white (default color).

TextColor ( Left ( CompanyName__lxt ; 1 ) ; RGB ( 255 ; 0 ; 0 ) ) & CompanyName__lxt & ": " & JobTitle__lxt

(What kills me is that once I receive a reply I'm going to slap my forehead and go "D'oh!" because the answer will be so simple.) TIA for your help!
