XML problem with Mac but not Windows

I've got a database where a client makes an XML call to the server using Insert From URL[]. It works fine on my FMS 12 Windows 2008 server, but it fails on my FMS 12 OSX 10.6.7 Server machine.

Both servers have XML publishing turned on. Both Server versions are 12.0.2.232. WPE lights are green on both.

The error I'm getting is an 802, but I can't figure out why. Permissions, script call, etc are all identical.

Any thoughts?

Is a firewall blocking necessary ports on the Mac?

David, try the KB article 299 "The license keys for FileMaker Server 12 Advanced were not generated properly." ?
