Enhanced Container in Portal

I am trying to have a portal with records that contain a container. This container is to store either a video or audio file, and hence I am trying to use the enhanced interactive features. However, the container seems to stop working when put into a portal, outside of a portal it works fine, but inside I cannot even add a audio/video file to it.

Has anybody come across this before?
