HI, I'm looking for a resource, website, company, individual that is very very good with layouts. Not the structure of a layout but the look and feel of a layout including the overall user interface. This is for an existing application in FMPro that is ready for wide scale distribution in a major renewable energy company in North America. Staff must use it and at some point down the road, we would like to arrive at a snappy user interface to go along with it. This is not a posting for a job, but a fishing excercise on my part to see what/who is out there. This aspect of the software has been 'neglected' as it's only had three users in it's 10 year life. Suggestions are appreciated.

User Interface Design is more than just a theme, set of icons or colour scheme.
