Is it worth it.

Well, 4 cds, 10 hours of quicktime video, a ton of open source databases.

Plus the filemaker framework so#*!@on.

I would say yes.

The amount of information in the databases should keep you busy for a while, plus the videos giving concise instruction were very good.
