FileMaker does not recognize the SMS Notify! WSDL as it is a service reference unlike Phone Notify which is a web reference.  You can certainly use PHP to write the code for SMS Notify! if you would like.

 

Q: So is it possible to use the SMS Notify! WSDL with - 360Works Web Assistant plugin - *as a service*?
