Newbie here...please bear with! Not sure what I'm missing but I have created a new address layout.

Here's the problem, I don't know how to get diff fields from the same record to display. John Smith has an address, but wife Mary wants stuff sent to her business address, and I want both to display like so:

John Smith   1234 Acorn Street   Candycane   NE   98765

Maria Smith  3232 Molasses Dr.  Lolipop   NE   98743

 

Juan Black   9090 Sugar Lane   Carmel   WY   80012

Leslie Black 4444 Okra Dr.        Grain Fed   WY   80013

 

Right now I am only getting repetitive info...John's info twice:

 

John Smith   1234 Acorn Street   Candycane   NE   98765

John Smith   1234 Acorn Street   Candycane   NE   98765

 

Juan Black   9090 Sugar Lane   Carmel   WY   80012

Juan Black   9090 Sugar Lane   Carmel   WY   80012

It sounds like your data structure is all wrong, but you haven't given us enough information to help you.  Why don't you zip a copy of your database with some of your test data and post it?  See the instructions in this post
