The date field appears in the header of the layout. The date should represent the date the report is published such as the current or system date. We are not sure how to set this. We have tried to manually enter the date. But this has failed.

Use the Paste Special on the Edit menu to insert the date symbol "//" onto your layout. You can then format this however you want. This will display the current system date.
