Changing the order of the relationships

Featured Replies

I've got this database where I have a relationship between an Employee, a Project and Tasks.

With the Employee table I've created two different association. An Employee as a Chief and an Employee as a Unit Head

An employee can have one and only one chief

An employee can have one and only one unit head

A chief can have more than one employee

A unit head can have more than one employee

The problem that have at the moment is that the relationship between the employee with the unit head and the relationship between the employee and the chief is in the wrong order.

What is the easiest way to change the order of the relationship?

Thanks!
