Find the data you want to export.

Select export from the File menu.

Choose the filename, location and select Comma-Seperated Text, then press Save.

Select the fields that you want to export and press Export.

Now open Excel.

Use the Open File menu item in Excel, and find the exported file and open it.

Excel will prompt you with a series of question on how the data is formatted, answer as many of as few as you need.

You can also export in a "Merge" format, which will export field names with the data.
