How does one compress reset dialog

I often use a dialog box,,, in this case the previous time a dialog was opened wider, had more text,, It seen that when opening a dialog box the next time, etc... the box is still opened with to much white space.    I  found I could go Preference, and reset All Dialog box.. I be happy to execute that once in awhile.. but on a individual base it be nice to reset so user gets my text formatted nicer..

The dialog box size and placement is under the complete control of the user, not the developer.

 

FMP 12 offers new window styles that include a "dialog" which the developer has complete control of. In FMP 11 and earlier you can use new windows to simulate dialogs, or use a third-party plug-in to create the dialogs.

 

If you're still using FMP 9 -- it's time to upgrade to FM 12. :-)
