When trying to install the FMPA12 updater, I got the following error: "The updates cannot occur because you have selected a device which has not been file indexed. Enable indexing via the mdutil system utility." Thus, I am not able to upgrade. Anyone have any ideas?

Is FileMaker 12 closed?

Hi Lee - yes it was but I fixed the problem by indexing my hard drive via spotlight.
