how to get emails in/out attached to Companies/Contacts.

I mean Johnsons Company  

            Station Drive 12

            Houston

 

and then in Tab/Portal ON SAME PAGE the linked in/out  emails of Johsons

     sent

     from ...

 

I have FM 12 Pro Adv---- FM Server 12 adv ---- and Windows7 Ult.    Outlook 20120

Thanks for any help---- ideas---- scripts--- thirdparty addin
